Abstract: Scientific nursing research is needed to deliver effective nursing practice based on scientific evidence in order to improve the patients’ outcomes. This paper introduced how to extract scientific research material from nursing management and clinical practice in order to provide guidance and reference for nursing staff to acquiring nursing research materials.
