Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of the construction and implementation of flipped classroom in "task list" centered Vocational Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing teaching. Methods: Totally 96 students of class 3 and class 4 from 2014 class were included in the study,Class 4 was assigned as the control group which received convential teaching method; Class 3 was assigned as the experimental group which received "task list" centered flipped classroom teaching.Results: The theoretical and practical results in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).The scores of independent learning ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those before the teaching (P<0.01), and was obviously higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The"task list"centered flipped classroom teaching in Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing can improve students' academic performance, independent learning ability, which lay the foundation for the students for continuous improvements.
