Abstract: Nurses' psychological contract is a hot topic in the field of nursing human resource management. This paper introduced the concept and development of psychological contract theory in nursing field, summarized its contents,dimensions and measurements, and analyzed its antecedent variables, consequence variables and moderating variables. It reviewed the present status of the research in this field, and proposed directions for researches in the future.
