Abstract: The primary focus of our wound care team is nurture characteristics,scientific research, featured brands, and team building. "4+1" model created platform for team members fulfill goals,promoted team members ability of specialized care, education and scientific research ability, and leadership skills. The successful use of this model in our hospital provided references for the current specialist nurse training and application. It also has significance to the development of specialized nursing care.
