Abstract: Objective: To discuss the effect of the application of Quality Control Circle (QCC) in improving the compliance with use of Oxygen-driven Nebulizer in pediatric patients. Methods: The QCC group was established. The group members made plans to examine and analyze the current situation of children with Oxygen-driven Nebulizer compliance.After the goal was set up, members discussed the measures and implemented them according to the main cause. Results:Children with Oxygen-driven Nebulization compliance has improved significantly (89.0% vs 95.7%), the difference was statistical significance (χ2=23.87, P<0.001). Conclusion: QCC was effective to improve the compliance in use of Oxygendriven Nebulizer in children.It could make children better with treatment and promote children recover at an early date.
