Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between perceived professional benefits and subjective wellbeing among nurses. Methods: Totally 340 nurses were enrolled from 3 hospitals in Hefei by convenience sampling. All participants were administered with a general information questionnaire, Nurses' Perceived Professional Benefits (NPPB)Scale and Index of Well-being. Results: The NPPB score had a positive correlation with the subjective well-being score(r=0.272~0.430, P<0.05). The positive professional perception and a sense of belonging to work team in NPPB scale could explain 16.4% of the subjective well-being. Conclusions: The higher the level of nurses' perceived professional benefits, the higher the level of subjective well-being. The positive professional perception and a sense of belonging to work team have positive predictive effects on the subjective well-being.
