Abstract: Electronic nursing record is a part of hospital electronic health system, which is of great significance to optimizing clinical nursing procedure and promoting quality and safety. A well-designed system can save documentation time, improve the efficiency and accuracy of nursing records, and therefore promote the quality of nursing care. Thus, the theoretical foundation, structure, user interface, and decision support system need to be taken into consideration.
