Abstract: This paper expounds the concept and basic connotation of the learning organization. Through the analysis and summary of relevant literature, the paper expounds the research status of assessment tools of the learning organization, the status and influencing factors of learning organization of clinical nursing staff, and application effects of learning organization in the field of clinical nursing. The article also points out the future research direction of the learning organization in the field of clinical nursing.
