Abstract: Objective: To explore the impact of internal marketing and job satisfaction on loyalty of nurses. Methods:Cluster sampling was adopted to investigate 844 registered nurses in a tertiary hospital of Tianjin. The participants were surveyed by internal marketing questionnaire, job satisfaction questionnaire and organizational commitment questionnaire.Pearson's correlation, multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling were employed to analyze relationship between internal marketing, job satisfaction and loyalty of nurses. Results:The results of Pearson's correlation showed that the factors of internal marketing, job satisfaction and loyalty were correlated with each other; Meanwhile, the result of structural equation modeling confirmed that internal marketing and job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the loyalty (P<0.01).Conclusions: Internal marketing and job satisfaction have significant effect on nurses’ loyalty. The nursing managers should regard internal marketing theory as an important management strategy to improve nurses’ job satisfaction and loyalty.
