Abstract: The paper summarized the importance of hand hygiene adherence of ICU patients' families and families' cognitive status of hand hygiene, and analyzed the correlated factors of poor adherence of hand hygiene in ICU patients' families.In addition, intervention to improve hand hygiene adherence were summarized, which in hope of more attention to hand hygiene and cut-off dissemination way to reduce the infection rate and relieve patients' distress.
