Abstract: In order to improve the overall utilization rate of medical resources in China, many regions have formed Teaching Hospital Group. But due to the system problem, there are some differences between the principle part and the attached part, a scientific management model is needed for guidance. The synergetics-theory, a model built for the Teaching Hospital Group, plays an important role for theory and practice.
