Abstract: Objective: Understanding the factors that influence the service cost of Beijing pension, providing a theoretical basis to make better choice of pension organizations and endowment policies for the people. Method: Using a convenient sampling method, in 2013 a research was conducted to 270 pension organizations. The context of the survey included information about what the pension organization is, about the employees, the elderly taken in, and of the cost that cover the stay. Result: The fundamental service cost was 2682.26 (1637.91, 3357.95) RMB. Multi-regressions show that the cost was effected by in which district, the ratio of inner- outer district , the organization's quality, admitted head count, the ratio between healthy- in need of help, the age factor (81-90),area of the facility, amount of nursing beds, the ratio between licensed-unlicensed care workers and how the total bed count effects the statistics of the fee. Conclusion: The basic expenses can be wavered by the factors listed above, and resulting in being able to choose the right facility needed.
