Abstract: Pattern and efficiency of nursing service is the core issues of elderly care service. Nursing care in elderly care service not only has its own professional value, but also has the value of appreciation that utilized resources efficiently in professional integration. This paper discussed nursing service value by elaborating function position of nursing, valuable activity, nursing service pattern in elderly care service, to illustrate the feature of nursing service in elderly care service, which may provide a reference for nursing staffs.
