Abstract: Innovation is the main driving force for the progress and development of the times, and nurse innovative behavior directly affect the level of medical and nursing care. In recent years, the innovative behavior of nursing staff have received increasing attention.This paper summarized the concepts, measuring methods and influencing factors of nurse innovative behavior based on the main research results of domestic and aboard scholars, put forward prospect, and provided a basis for improving thenurse innovative behavior.
