Abstract: Nowadays asthma cannot be cured completely, many asthma patients misunderstand asthma and their awareness of asthma is not deep in our country, which has many non-standard aspects in the treatment. This leads to asthma control is not ideal. The scientific nursing and health care contribute to asthma control. During the social transitional stage of returning home from hospital, we uses the trinity medical service mode, continues nursing and health education in asthma prevention, by the selection of reasonable education methods, timing, individualized health education for patients and their families to participate in self-care, to improve the prevention and treatment of patients with compliance, to reduce asthma,to maintain long-term stability,to enhance the quality of life.
