Abstract: Objective: To reduce waiting time for CRRT by process improvement, ensure the quality and safety of medical care. Methods: Activities are implemented in accordance with steps of data collecting, analysis of proximal cause, intervention measures and so on. Results: Not only time of waiting for CRRT is reduced by 22.6 minutes after implement, but value efficiency rises from 28.57% to 36.37%, process efficiency rises form 27.66% to 41.40%. Conclusion: After the improvement, the value and process efficiency is largely increased, and problems are solved quickly in short activity cycle.
