Abstract: We focused on the nursing professional experience in terms of the concepts of positive psychology. Papers about nurses' professional benefit were reviewed to help us have a deep understanding of nurses' professional benefit. We sought out suitable assessment tools of nurses' professional benefit which were reliable and effective. We analyzed the relationship among nurses' professional benefit, job burnout, career identity, organizational commitment, and other influencing factors. We provided the research ideas and prospect about nurses' professional benefit so as to make a contribution to the management of nursing human resource.
