Abstract: Objective: To explore nurses' willingness of mobile nursing workstation in Xinjiang area, in order to put forward relevant countermeasures. Method: The self-designed questionnaire about status of mobile nurse workstation was adopted, and 1068 nurses in hospitals with grade III in Xinjiang field were investigated. Result: The scores of using willness of mobile nurse workstation were ranged 16-80 (65.86±9.21), which showed as an average level; Single factor analysis showed that different age,gender, department, position, title, the time of participate in the work patients in charge, training frequency were statistically different in scores (P<0.05); Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed gender, department were slected into regression equation. Conclusion: The nursing staff will be more willing to use mobile nurse workstation predominance function section;Nursing managers should take corresponding measures to improve the use of mobile nurse workstation care according to the national minority area characteristic.
