Abstract: Objective: To establish clinical care quality standard index system of Vacuum Sealing Drainage treatment of soft tissue defects infected wound and to explore its rationality and operability. Methods: Delphi expert consultation method was used to establish quality standards for nursing index system. Results: Nursing quality standard included 5 Grade I indexes and 40 Grade II indexes. The experts had high initiatives and the authority coefficients were 0.92-0.94. The consistency of experts'opinion was good. Conclusion: The experts’ opinions of nursing quality index system have high consistency and credibility. The results could provide an objective and quantifiable basis for Vacuum Sealing Drainage treatment of soft tissue defects infected wound.
