Abstract: Objective: To establish a tuberculosis health management nursing studio and evaluate its work and effectiveness, so as to provide a reference for the exploration of advanced nursing practice of tuberculosis care. Methods: In 2021, a tuberculosis health management nursing studio with nursing staff as the main body was established to provide patients with professional and systematic care services. The nursing studio was also served as a platform for talent cultivation and scientific research innovation programs. Results: Over the past three years, the studio has received 599 tuberculosis patients and established health records. A total of 410 "Internet+" nursing graphic and text consultations and 13 online video consultations were conducted. Compared to patients in regular outpatient department, patients managed by the nursing studio showed significantly higher follow-up compliance (χ2=113.358, P<0.001). The satisfaction of patients and health care workers has been improved significantly (P<0.05). Additionally, the academic influence and the quantity of scientific research output of nursing professionals have been increased significantly. Conclusion: The tuberculosis health management nursing studio provides specialized, systematic, and scientific nursing services for tuberculosis patients to meet their needs. It also establishes a good platform for the development of nursing talents and scientific research innovation, and has the value of promotion.
