The literature quality was evaluated by the JBI appraisal standards for qualitative research. Findings of included research were synthesized using the pooled integration approach. Results: A total of 11 studies were included and 36 findings were extracted, which were summarized into 9 categories and integrated into 4 results, including the need for fertility in women of childbearing age with breast cancer patients; fertility anxiety related with health uncertainty; multiple dilemmas in reproductive decision-making; auxiliary supports for fertility decision-making.
