慢性心力衰竭患者营养管理的证据总结

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the available evidence of nutrition management for patients with Chronic Heart Failure and provide a reference for better formulation of nutrition management schemes for patients with Chronic Heart Failure. Methods: The literature on nutritional management of patients with Chronic Heart Failure was retrieved. The quality of the included literature was evaluated and those that met the quality standards were extracted and summarized. Results: We included 16 articles, including 6 guidelines, 6 expert consensuses, and 4 systematic reviews. Totally 19 pieces of evidence on 6 topics including the establishment of interdisciplinary teams, nutrition-related assessment and screening, diet and nutrient management, nutritional support methods, exercise management, follow-up and health education. Conclusion: The evidence of nutrition management in patients with Chronic Heart Failure summarized in this paper can be applied to clinical practice and provide reference for improving the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with Chronic Heart Failure.
