Abstract: Objective: To clarify the literature distribution, outcome indicators and the application of evaluation content of the gynecological Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol. Methods: Focusing on the outcome indicators for the gynecological ERAS protocol, we systematically searched relevant databases. The extracted contents included: literature characteristics, literature sources, research types, countries, years, research objects, outcome indicators, evaluation timing, evaluation content and collection methods. The search period was from 15, December 2016 to 15, December 2021. Results: A total of 93 articles were included, and 32 outcome indicators were summarized. Among them, there were 27 patient-related items, and the top 5 outcome indicators of high frequency were: complication rate, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, postoperative pain score, postoperative activity, and readmission rate. There were 5 hospital-related outcomes, the most common of which was length of stay. Conclusion: The medical staff should further promote the application scope of gynecological ERAS protocol, and at the same time monitor not only patient-related outcome indicators, but also caregivers and hospital-related outcome indicators, and select specific and sensitive gynecological ERAS protocol outcome indicators to promote the improvement and effective implementation of gynecological ERAS protocol.
