Methods: From September to December 2021, a total of 388 nurses were investigated by using the General Information Questionnaire, Three-Dimensional Inventory of Character Strengths, Perceived Organizational Support Scale and Occupational Well-Being Scale for medical workers. Results: Nurses' character strengths had a positive impact on occupational well-being (r=0.399, P<0.001). The character strengths could affect occupational well-being through the mediating factor of nurses' perceived organizational support, with a mediating effect of 70.96%.
