Abstract: Based on the review of the status quo of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in family members of ICU patients at home and abroad, this article summarized the influencing factors from the aspects of demography, psychology and behavior, and introduced the intervention measures including mindfulness intervention and ICU diary. It is expected to provide a reference for the future domestic research and nursing practice of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in family members of ICU patients.
