Abstract: Introduce the definition of physical restraints internationally, review the current status, causes, impacts, and methods of reducing physical restraints in domestic and international long-term residential aged care facility, so as to provide a reference for the standardization of physical restraints in Chinese long-term residential aged care facility and reduce the usage rate of physical restraints.
