Abstract: The construction of nursing emergency team is an important part of the construction of hospital emergency system. Nursing emergency team is an important human resource guarantee when emergency events occur. Establish a hospital nursing emergency team that includes key departments such as emergency department and critical medical department, and integrates nursing personnel from special departments such as operating room and supply room. The standardization of personnel allocation plan and the adoption of theoretical teaching, first aid skill operation training, scenario simulation exercise and emergency rotation training methods to carry out comprehensive training can effectively improve the nursing emergency capacity and ensure the quality and efficiency of emergency rescue.
