Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of hospital-community-family nursing intervention on cognitive function, ADL and depressive mood among patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment. Methods: Totally 116 patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment were recruited and intervened using before-after self-controlled methods. Each patient received hospital-community-family intervention besides routine nursing and drug treatment, and the cognitive score, ADL and depression score of patients before and after intervention were compared. Results: The scores of MoCA and MMSE in patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment were significantly higher after the hospital-community-family intervention and ADL and depression scores were both improved. Conclusion: The nursing intervention of hospital-community-family interface interaction has a significant and good effect on cognition, ADL and depression among patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment.
