Abstract: This article described and reviewed concepts and developing process of different case management modes, as well as their detailed modes, team members, implementation and effects on patients with mental illness. Furthermore, it has looked far ahead into the future to figure out case management modes which would be more suitable for the fundamental realities of the country so as to offer reliable references to the practice of domestic management of mental healthcare in communities.
