Abstract: This paper summarizes the indications, ventilation methods and adverse events of foreign home mechanical ventilation, draws lessons from the experiences and methods of home mechanical ventilation in foreign countries, and puts forward development strategies of family mechanical ventilation in China, so as to promote the development and popularization of home mechanical ventilation in China.
