Abstract: This paper summarized the current types of community-based rehabilitation service mode for mental illness patients including day centers, clubhouse model, transitional rehabilitation services, day hospital and other rehabilitation services such as case management, peer support, extended services, assertive community treatment and crisis intervention team, ect. It introduced the definition, development, clients, service mode, service contents of various community rehabilitation services, aiming to provide suggestions for establishing a perfect community mental health rehabilitation service system in mainland China.
