Abstract: This article reviewed software development, index collection, and the regional coordinated development of nursing performance assessment based on the informatization platform. The following existing problems were pointed out: the lack of unified nursing informatization standards, instable data collection. The value of the performance data is not fully developed. The assigned index of special position for nursing is vague. There were limitations for the design of nursing performance assessment system. This paper put forward to the countermeasures and illustrated the implications of the informatization of nursing performance assessment in China.
