Abstract: Person-Organization Fit means the compatibility between individuals and organizations, which is the hot spot of human resource management researches. This paper reviewed studies of Person-Organization Fit Theory in human resources, included employee turnover, organizational performance and organizational recruitment, in order to provide references for nurse managers.
