Abstract: This review of literature seeks to provide a general overview of Compassion Fatigue among oncology nurse, as well as measurement, related factors and supportive interventions of Compassion Fatigue. In order to provide references to decrease negative outcomes of stress experienced such as Compassion Fatigue among oncology nurses, and promote their physical and mental health.
