Abstract: Objective: To describe the current situation about supportive care needs and quality of life of breast cancer women at four time points during their treatment; to explore the trends of these changes in order to provide evidence for personalized nursing intervention of patients. Methods: We selected 94 patients who were diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a longitudinal investigation and we used a self-designed questionnaire, Supportive Care Need Survey Short-Form (SCNS-SF34) and Quality of life (FACT-B, V4.0). Results: Data were analyzed by repeated measurement analysis of variance. The scores of physical and daily life, patient care support, and health information and sexual needs showed significant differences (P<0.05). And the scores of the quality of life and each dimension showed significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: There were significant differences between quality of life and supportive care needs at different time points. Nurses should do scientific evaluation and provide personalized care to the patients.
