Abstract: Objective: To explore the practice and effects of magnetic hospital on nursing management. Methods: The nursing management practice was performed from the four aspects: nursing leadership, structural empowerment, professional independence and research and innovation. Results: The nursing working environment was improved and the organizational structure was optimized. Nurse professional recognition remained at 97% in the past three years. The turnover rate of nurses remained at 1.8%. Conclusion: It is an effective management model to integrate the magnetic hospital culture on nursing management to improve the satisfaction of both patients and nurses.
