Abstract: Objective: To construct the frame of nursing role and work content in day-care chemotherapy for cancer. Methods: Through searching literature materials and group discussions, we constructed the primary frame of nursing role and work content. Then 22 experts of relative areas to day-care chemotherapy for cancer were interviewed by mails for three rounds using Delphi method. Results: The returning rates and efficiency of three rounds mailing interview were all 100.0%, respectively. Specialists were quite active while specialists' Cr was 0.88 and coefficient of coordination were 0.119, 0.158 and 0.215 (P<0.05). The frame of nursing roles and work content in day-care chemotherapy for cancer consisting of 6 primary indicators (including clinical practitioner, educator, administrator, consultant, coordinator and researcher), 21 secondary indicators and 62 tertiary indicators was finally determined. Conclusion: The frame of nursing role and work content in day-care chemotherapy for cancer is scientific and reliable, with a relatively high degree of specialists' Cr, authority and concentration of opinions. It could promote the advance and development of management over nurses in day-care chemotherapy for cancer.
