Abstract: Objective: To explore the application mode of pressure injury chain management in clinical practice. Methods: Control the risk of pressure injury on patients from the treatment to the discharge, including the emergency department, the ICU, the operating room, the ward and the continuation of nursing. Results: It is conducive to the scientific management of skin care and pressure injury monitoring in the whole hospital. The incidence of pressure injury in hospitalized patients decreased year by year, which was lower than the average level of the national and Jiangsu province. Conclusion: Through the chain management of pressure injury in clinical use, the organization management chain and link management chain are established, the lateral management and control of the pressure injury care are strengthened, and the continuous chain management structure is formed.
