Abstract: This paper reviewed and analyzed influencing factors of paternal postpartum depression and its coping strategies. Influencing factors included maternal postpartum depression, obstetrical factors, neonatal factors, psychological factors and social factors. We recommended that education and training of healthcare providers should be enhanced, as well as prenatal education and psychological nursing.
