Abstract: This article reviewed the registration and management of nursing practice in American, the experience of American nurses' independent practice, and then some opinions about the multi-site nursing practice in China were put forward based on the current situation of nursing practice in China, with the intent of providing information and guidance for the exploration of multi-site nursing practice in China.
