Abstract: RCA2 is further improved basing on RCA. Actions and control parts of resultand process have been added to RCA2, which has clearly pointed out that the final goal of actions would be improvement of actions and results so as to increase action efficiency and result effectiveness as well as recurrence of adverse events. This paper described basic concepts and procedures of RCA2 combining with application of clinical practice, so as to provide reference to nursing managers.
