Abstract: In order to improve nursing quality of postoperative breast cancer patients' limb, and to explore the establishment and standardized management programmeof breast lymphedema care clinic, we actively introduced and carried out breast lymphedema care clinic from September 2015. Through standardized management of hardware set, personnel preparation, clinic process and the work duties of nursing clinic, we cleared service objects and determined nursing outpatient duties range, not only to speed up greatly the connotation construction of specialist nursing but also to provide specialist nurses' career development environment. This paper could provide reference for advancing the specialty professional transitional care.
