Abstract: In this article, the authors summarized the status of nurses' cognition and assessment of sleep disturbance, their attitudes on the management of sleep disturbance, and the influencing factors of nurses' cognition and management of sleep disturbance. Then, they raised some suggestions and expectations for nurses' future managementof sleep disturbance.
