Abstract: Objective: To investigate medication literacy of discharged patients with acute coronary syndrome and analyze its influencing factors. Method: A total of 253 discharged patients with acute coronary syndrome was investigated with the Medication Literacy Questionnaire for discharged patients. Results: The score of medication literacy was (4.75±1.42). Two variables which had significant difference on medication literacy of discharged patients with acute coronary syndrome were age and education level (P<0.05). Conclusions: Medication literacy of discharged patients with acute coronary syndrome is not high enough, and medical staff should take corresponding measures to help patients improve it.
