Abstract: Object: To explore the knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis (IAD) among ICU nurses. Methods: Self-designed questionnaire was applied to investigate the KAP of 486 ICU nursing staff in 21 provinces and 2 cities in China. Results: The scores of KAP from high to low were attitude, knowledge and practice. Conclusion: The knowledge and practice about IAD of ICU nurses need to be improved. On site training about IAD is necessary to enhance the nurses' KAP. It is expected the nurses provide high quality nursing care to patients with IAD.
