Abstract: Taking our hospital as an example, this article summarized the practice experience of developing operation room nursing in county hospitals through support and assistance from provincial hospitals. Great improvement could be seen regarding talent training, nursing quality control and humanism of the operation room in the county hospital assisted. Sugerons’ satisfaction over operation room nursing was increased from 75.6% to 94.8%, operation staff and anesthesiology staff’s satisfaction degree increased from 78.8% to 97.1%, and satisfaction degree of patients and their families increased from 90.2% to 99.8% after support and assistance was given to the operation room of the county hospital.
