Abstract: Objective: To explore the effective method for infusion distribution in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service (PIVAS). Methods: Fixed location management, combined with color management and hospital information system management was used to optimize infusion distribution. Results: The efficiency and accuracy of infusion distribution were significantly improved after the application of fixed location management. Conclusion: The application of fixed location management in PIVAS could not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of infusions distribution, but also reduce labor waste.
