Abstract: With constantly deepening of the reform of state health care system in recent years, the service mode of medical alliance has got rapid advance, the grading diagnosis and treatment system has been carried out gradually, and requirement of nursing service has also changed in accordance with adjustment of medical pattern. This paper combined the progress of grading diagnosis and treatment work in Beijing and aimed to propose specific ideas and work suggestions regarding construction of nursing management within the system of grading diagnosis and treatment of medical service in order to make sure and prompt the development of nursing could satisfy requirement of medical and health service development as well as people's health needs.
