Abstract: In-hospital delay is the main reason of the delay of thrombolysis treatment within the time window for acute ischemic stroke patients. Therefore, it is very urgent to optimize in-hospital emergency treatment process. We summarized domestic and international research of emergency treatment process optimization for acute stroke thrombolysis in this paper by literature review in order to find mechanism and the key link of optimization reengineering and to provide evidence-based references for clinical practice.
