Abstract: Objective: To reduce the Chemotherapy Induced Nausea and Vomiting (CINV) in lung cancer patients. Methods: Established a nursing mode to control the appearance of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, and identified patients' satisfaction. Results: After implementation of the nursing mode, nurses' knowledge about CINV was increased (P<0.001). The vomiting control score and vomiting degree were also improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of non-vomiting ward management mode increased nurses' knowledge and skills, and improved the quality of management of vomit.
